At The Place de la Concorde

One of my favorite memories of my first visit to Paris was going on the ferris wheel at the Place de la Concorde with Steve. We were here in February, and it was cold, but it was almost Valentine's day so we braved the weather and went up in that classic old ride. We've been telling Max about it ever since we found out we would be living here, and he's been very excited to go, so today we packed them up and took the metro over. We found that the old ferris wheel has been replaced with something much more high tech and enclosed so the weather wasn't a factor. It's lacking some of the charm of the old one, but the kids loved it. Here's some photos:

I'll be honest, I was a bit worried about how much fun it would be to travel in Europe with the kids since we haven't done it before, but it's been great. We're so lucky to be here together!
