You know, when we first decided to build a house, I was really excited that I was going to be able to make all the decisions, and plan everything down to the teeniest, tiniest detail. Well, today we got to decide where every electrical outlet, switch, television hook up, and Internet port would go in our entire house. Don't get me wrong, it's a dream come true to design a house and have the power to choose what you want, but after 2 1/2 hours in 40 degree weather, it felt more like a lot closer to a nightmare. We got it done, and I know once our toes and fingers thaw out and the house is finished, we will be really glad we had the chance to choose. Brrrr, I can see how that would be a little hard! But yes, once you thaw out and get to move in, you'll probably love it! I wish I could have placed the outlets in our house so I didn't have to have extension cords all over the place for our Christmas decorations! :) Happy New Year!
