Once to twice a month (sometimes more) I get a migraine. It really sucks, but it's hereditary, so there's no stopping it. I have tried a million things to stop them, but they are just part of being me. I remember when I was growing up and my Mom had a migraine it would take days for her to get rid of them, so I am glad that I'm living today instead of back in the seventies. I had one this morning and I was very grateful that Imitrex was invented so right now I can be writing this post instead of waiting in the emergency room for my IV drip of narcotics.
